YORKSHIRE TEA PACKAGING & REBRAND

A project from my master in graphic design where we were tasked to redesign the packaging and possibly branding of a company's packaging from our country or region. I am from England so I chose to redesign and brand the famous Yorkshire Tea. For this project, I wanted to use illustration to show the culture of tea in England and that the comfort of offering someone a tea to solve any problem is passed down generations. From grandmothers to mothers, to daughter to their friends and partner, putting the kettle on after hearing about a problem can solve even the hardest. I created a fun packaging through bright colours, personable illustrations and playful British copy. Also, for an accompanying piece of marketing, I designed a postcard on how to 'make the perfect brew' with brewing instructions. For an animation module, I created a moving animation of the packaging, placed below. (Disclaimer - this is a student project so I did not work with the Rainforest Certified Alliance and just used the logo to follow the previous packaging.)
